Sweet Cajun Soul mixed with Hot Zydeco Pepper... The Mid-Atlantics authentic Cajun & Zydeco French Roots Band! Its a 5 piece team of veteran musicians on Cajun 10 button and piano accordions (Vic Sadot & Mike Reynolds), acoustic & electric guitars (Vic & Monty Cullum), bass & drums (Sam Chic & Chris Sherlock). We can expand to include a sax or fiddle or scrub-board player. The 8 piece band usually comes as The Bayou Wedding Band, and wedding standards like What A Wonderful World can be worked into the repertoire.
Vic has another band that does all original folk-rock and blues called Crazy Planet Band with brother Rob Sadot on the electric guitar and poems of their French father turned into songs. While Crazy Planet is the avenue for original songs, Vic has written several original C/Z songs such as Bourbon Street, Beautiful Babes on the Bayou, Hey Hebert!, & Zydeco Cruisin. Folk fests, corporate, community, parks, and special occasions of all ages have hired this act and Let the Good Times Roll!
