BACK TO SCHOOL ARTS & CRAFTS

Our staff of arts and crafts instructors has created this special program for just about any any event with children. A large variety of craft projects are availabel to choose from and can be themed for just about any occasion. Best of all, it allows everyone to have fun and walk away with his or her own special creation with little or no mess to clean up.

PHILADELPHIA ZOO ON WHEELS

Can't come to the Zoo? The Zoo can come to you! Bring the excitement of the Philadelphia Zoo to your school, library, place of worship, community festival, summer camp, company picnic, workplace, retirement community or just about anyplace else by signing up for one of our exciting outreach programs. Enjoy our Zoo on Wheels programs, in which our traveling naturalist brings live animals and artifacts to you for a wild presentation you'll never forget! Or enlist the Zoo's highly trained docents for a Zoo-2-U program.

ACADEMY OF SCIENCE TOURING SHOWS
Transform your auditorium or classroom into a natural science experience that your students won't soon forget! Academy on the Go brings the excitement of a museum visit—complete with specimens, live animals, audience participation and expert naturalists—to you!

MAD SCIENCE
We aim to spark the imagination and curiosity of children everywhere by providing them with fun, entertaining and educational activities that instill a clear understanding of what science is really about and how it affects the world around them. Our special events entertain children through spectacular interactive science shows that captivate audiences and deliver extraordinary experiences. These are thrilling, fast-paced, high-energy science presentations that will dazzle the children!

RAY GRAY, STORYTELLER
Ray Gray is one of this region's foremost Storytellers with over twenty-two years of experience performing for schools, libraries, corporate programs, retail events, malls, kid's clubs, summer camps,  and private functions.  His stories intrigue and enchant children of all ages while developing basic skills needed to explore the world  - READING, LISTENING, IMAGINING, WRITING AND SPEAKING.

SEGAL PUPPET THEATRE:
DAVE FIEBERT
The Segal Puppet Theater & Company has been providing quality theater art presentations since 1977 for the Delaware Valley Region. Dave Fiebert holds a BA in English from Widener University, a Masters in Theatre from Villanova University, and has a Pennsylvania Teaching Certificate for Secondary Education in English. Dave has been a full-time puppeteer since 1994 and now performs over 400 shows a year in the Delaware Valley area. All his shows incorporate good themes for children to not only have fun but gain useful knowledge in areas such as school bus safety. Great for any Back-To-School event!

DAVID PERRY, MUSIC & ART
Liven up your next event with Mr. David’s Drawings & Songs! David C. Perry's "Drawings & Songs" performances are a playful, interactive mix of music, art, puppets and props that appeal to the kid in us all. Whether you are planning a little birthday party for your four-year old, an assembly for the whole school, or a festival for the entire community, you can be guaranteed a sea of smiling faces by inviting “Mr. David” to entertain at your event. This multi-talented artist/musician, has popped up everywhere from the Please Touch Museum to WXPN’s Kids Corner to the Philadelphia Folk Festival to the Dr. Demento Show. He is also the founder and president of Kids Express Productions, which since 1993 has been staging intergenerational special events celebrating children's music and art.
